Gather and document requirements for the Fleet Vendor Management Portal, conduct gap analysis, recommend solutions, prepare specifications, support development, and ensure alignment with business needs while maintaining detailed documentation.
Configured SAP MM organizational structures, material and vendor master data, and purchasing processes, including requisitions, RFQs, release procedures, and subcontracting. Managed inventory, stock movements, and P2P processes, while resolving support tickets and ensuring compliance with SLAs.
